Here is how you book an Express Car Wash

### Step 1: Say "Hey"

They easiest way to start a conversation with **Bizzy The Bee**, is just by saying "Hey" on WhatsApp. Click [this link](https://wa.me/message/U3SBGMEOOUEYP1) to open a WhatsApp conversation, the message "Hey" will automatically be populated for you so you just have to press the **Send Button**, alternatively, if you are not on your phone, you can scan the QR Code below.

### Step 2: Choose Express Car Wash

Once you've greeted **Bizzy The Bee**, you'll get a response **instantly**, with **Bizzy The Bee** introducing itself and a **Book a Service** button at the bottom of the message. Tap this see a list of services **Bizzy The Bee** can help you with, select **Express Car Wash** and tap **Send** at the bottom of the screen.

### Step 3: Choose The type of Car

**Bizzy The Bee** will then ask for the type of car you want washed. You have the options of three buttons: Sedan, SUV or Truck. Just Tap which one is yours.

### Step 4: Choose when you want it

Next, you'll have to choice to choose when you want your car washed. You can tap **On-Demand** if you want your car wash as soon as possible or tap **Scheduled** if you want it for a specific day and time.

If you Chose **Scheduled**, you'll be asked to choose which day you want to your car to be washed. Tapping the **Choose a Day** button at the botto of the message will display an interactive list of days you can choose, Tap the day you want and then Tap the **Send** button at the bottom of the screen.

Then, you'll be asked to choose wat time of the day you want to your car to be washed. Tapping the **Choose a Time** button at the bottom of the message will display an interactive list of days you can choose, Tap the day you want and then Tap the **Send** button at the bottom of the screen.

### Step 5: Share your Location

Next, you'll have to let **Bizzy the Bee** know where you'll like your car washed. This is easy to do because we leverage existing WhatsApp functionality that you are already used to.

Share your location using by tapping the Attach Icon, for iPhones this is a blue plus icon on the left (＋) and for Android this a grey paper clip icon right (🧷) next to the send / voice note button.

Then Tap **Location** and **Send your Current Location**.

> Tap the _How to share Location_ button at the bottom of the message or read [How to share your location with Bizzy The Bee](/article/share-location) if you would like to share a different location other than your current location.

### Step 6: Enter Arrival Instructions

At this point you'll be ask to enter arrival instructions in one message. This can a good place to enter directions if you are in an office building, plaza or complex or to leave intructions to let the mobile car wash worker know how to retrieve the keys to help the mobile car wash find you once they have reached the location that you shared in the last step.

Examples of Arrival Instructions:

- Unit 1 in Governor's Square Building, Pick up keys from front-desk.
- Parking lot on left side of entrace, will be next to the first palm tree after entering in

### Step 7: Confirm your request

You'll receive a summary of the your Express Car Wash Service Request, this is a good spot to review to make sure the Car Type, Date and Time are correct. Once everything seems fine you can tap **Yes**.

Now, just let **Bizzy The Bee** handle the rest, you'll receive update when you request is assigned to a Mobile Car Wash business, their transit time, when they've reached your location and when they have completed your car wash.

> For scheduled requests you will receive a notifications 2 hours before the time you requested and 1 hour before just to remind you before the Mobile Car Wash business reaches the location you shared.

We understand that customer satisfaction is essential for the success of our business. As such, we have developed this refund policy to ensure that our customers are protected and can have confidence in their transactions with our platform. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be issued, including cancellations and unsatisfactory services. By using our platform and making a payment, you agree to abide by this policy.

1. All requests can be canceled by either the customer or the business at any time before the business has started working on the request. If a request is canceled, a refund will be issued automatically to the customer's original payment method.

2. Once the business has started working on a request, the customer cannot cancel the request, and any refunds must be approved by the business. If the business cancels the request for any reason, a refund will be issued automatically to the customer's original payment method.

3. If the service is not completed due to a fault on our side, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

4. If the customer is not satisfied with the completed service, they may request a refund within 3 days of the service completion. If the we determines that the service was not completed to the customer's satisfaction, a refund will be issued to the customer's original payment method.

5. If a refund is approved, the amount of the refund will be the same as the original amount paid for the service, less any applicable fees.

Bizzy may sometimes ask you to share your location to help businesses find your location. There are 2 ways you can share a location in WhatsApp:

- You can share your current location, where you are at the time of making the request
- You can share another location. This is good for scheduled requests if you need a service like a Car Wash done later at a different place (e.g: While you are at the gym)

4. Tap **Send Your Current Location**

> Make sure NOT to tap "Send Live Location" as Bizzy The Bee cannot understand that type of message.

## Share your a different location Location

3. Pin the location you want (This is different for iPhones and Androids)

**For iPhones**, swipe down on the menu using the white/back bar at the top of the menu box, this will display a pin on the map, from here you can pan and zoom through the map and until you find the location you want to share. Once you find the location, center it under the pin and tap **Send this location**.

**For Androids**, tap the white square icon on the top left corner of the screen, this will display a pin on the map, from here you can pan and zoom through the map and until you find the location you want to share. Once you find the location, center it under the pin and tap **Send this location**.
