Here is how you book an Express Car Wash
Step 1: Say "Hey"
They easiest way to start a conversation with Bizzy The Bee, is just by saying "Hey" on WhatsApp. Click this link to open a WhatsApp conversation, the message "Hey" will automatically be populated for you so you just have to press the Send Button, alternatively, if you are not on your phone, you can scan the QR Code below.
Step 2: Choose Express Car Wash
Once you've greeted Bizzy The Bee, you'll get a response instantly, with Bizzy The Bee introducing itself and a Book a Service button at the bottom of the message. Tap this see a list of services Bizzy The Bee can help you with, select Express Car Wash and tap Send at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3: Choose The type of Car
Bizzy The Bee will then ask for the type of car you want washed. You have the options of three buttons: Sedan, SUV or Truck. Just Tap which one is yours.
Step 4: Choose when you want it
Next, you'll have to choice to choose when you want your car washed. You can tap On-Demand if you want your car wash as soon as possible or tap Scheduled if you want it for a specific day and time.
If you Chose Scheduled, you'll be asked to choose which day you want to your car to be washed. Tapping the Choose a Day button at the botto of the message will display an interactive list of days you can choose, Tap the day you want and then Tap the Send button at the bottom of the screen.
Then, you'll be asked to choose wat time of the day you want to your car to be washed. Tapping the Choose a Time button at the bottom of the message will display an interactive list of days you can choose, Tap the day you want and then Tap the Send button at the bottom of the screen.
Step 5: Share your Location
Next, you'll have to let Bizzy the Bee know where you'll like your car washed. This is easy to do because we leverage existing WhatsApp functionality that you are already used to.
Share your location using by tapping the Attach Icon, for iPhones this is a blue plus icon on the left (＋) and for Android this a grey paper clip icon right (🧷) next to the send / voice note button.
Then Tap Location and Send your Current Location.
Tap the How to share Location button at the bottom of the message or read How to share your location with Bizzy The Bee if you would like to share a different location other than your current location.
Step 6: Enter Arrival Instructions
At this point you'll be ask to enter arrival instructions in one message. This can a good place to enter directions if you are in an office building, plaza or complex or to leave intructions to let the mobile car wash worker know how to retrieve the keys to help the mobile car wash find you once they have reached the location that you shared in the last step.
Examples of Arrival Instructions:
- Unit 1 in Governor's Square Building, Pick up keys from front-desk.
- Parking lot on left side of entrace, will be next to the first palm tree after entering in
Step 7: Confirm your request
You'll receive a summary of the your Express Car Wash Service Request, this is a good spot to review to make sure the Car Type, Date and Time are correct. Once everything seems fine you can tap Yes.
Now, just let Bizzy The Bee handle the rest, you'll receive update when you request is assigned to a Mobile Car Wash business, their transit time, when they've reached your location and when they have completed your car wash.
For scheduled requests you will receive a notifications 2 hours before the time you requested and 1 hour before just to remind you before the Mobile Car Wash business reaches the location you shared.
