BizHub Refund Policy

We understand that customer satisfaction is essential for the success of our business. As such, we have developed this refund policy to ensure that our customers are protected and can have confidence in their transactions with our platform. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be issued, including cancellations and unsatisfactory services. By using our platform and making a payment, you agree to abide by this policy.

  1. All requests can be canceled by either the customer or the business at any time before the business has started working on the request. If a request is canceled, a refund will be issued automatically to the customer's original payment method.

  2. Once the business has started working on a request, the customer cannot cancel the request, and any refunds must be approved by the business. If the business cancels the request for any reason, a refund will be issued automatically to the customer's original payment method.

  3. If the service is not completed due to a fault on our side, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

  4. If the customer is not satisfied with the completed service, they may request a refund within 3 days of the service completion. If the we determines that the service was not completed to the customer's satisfaction, a refund will be issued to the customer's original payment method.

  5. If a refund is approved, the amount of the refund will be the same as the original amount paid for the service, less any applicable fees.
